Kangaroo Bay Site Development

Our iconic 5-Star Hotel at Kangaroo Bay will activate the bay and bring jobs and significant economic development to the local area.

But more than that, it is a hotel which will create a sense of place and tell a story about the local area – from indigenous ownership and custodianship through to early European settlement and the maritime history of the Bay, to today’s producers and providores of the region.

The project was officially declared a Major Project on 16 October 2024, with the MPIS scheduled for submission on 3 March 2026.
